The Firm

We are a law firm based in Barcelona, founded in 1992. The firm grew out of property and contract law, which remains one of our main areas of specialisation and the legal ground from which we understand and build our advice on our clients' economic and property relations. Over more than thirty years, their legal needs, together with the growing complexity of the legal and judicial environment, have led us to specialise in other practice areas as well, with the requirement that we take on directly those matters in which our knowledge and experience add real, distinctive value for the client.

Legal judgement is only the starting point of the work, not its end. The perspective that experience brings shows that every matter calls for a strategy of its own. Before taking a decision, we examine the facts, the applicable legal framework, the interests at stake, the risks, the evidence available, the client's wishes and, above all, the consequences of the different alternatives and decisions. That is why we want to understand what we are defending: the client's business, its organisation, its processes and its objectives, as well as the economic and legal reality in which we have to act.

Listening and communicating with clients, professional ethics, confidentiality, technical rigour, speed of response and innovation were our founding principles and are today the pillars of how every single professional in the firm works. The result, which sets us apart and sustains our standing, is the creation of bonds of complete professional and personal trust.
