Roser Boix

Roser Boix graduated in law from the University of Barcelona and went on to complete her training with the Máster de Abogacía and the School of Legal Practice of the Barcelona Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona). She began her professional career in 2017 and, after several years working in civil law, joined Alburquerque Abogados in 2025.

Her practice is concentrated in civil and procedural law, with particular dedication to disputes over property and assets. She advises on contractual matters, civil liability, banking law, landlord and tenant, condominium law and insurance law. She has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, acting in proceedings of varying complexity and at their different instances, both in analysing and defining litigation strategy and in defending it before the courts.
